THE EDITOR

Law Advertising Agency

Law Advertising Agency is the legal division of Medical Advertising Agency, a digital agency at 759 N Lime Ave, Sarasota, Florida, founded in 2015, whose team has built websites, search programs and publishing since 2000. Law Advertising Agency writes, edits and maintains this site: the claim guides, the coverage and law pages, the storm archive, the insurance company files, the denial record and the news.

Contact the editor at info@lawadvertising.agency or 941-300-0858.

Sarasota sits inside the area this site covers. Hurricane Milton made landfall at Siesta Key, in Sarasota County, on October 9, 2024.

HOW PAGES ARE RESEARCHED

Primary sources, named on the page

A figure, deadline, statute number or quotation goes on a page only with a source a reader can check. The sources are primary records:

The denial record holds 165 public documents. Each one is checked by script before it publishes: the passage quoted on the page must appear word for word in the public filing, court opinion or report it cites. An entry that fails the check does not publish. Every count on the site is computed from the records shown on the site.

Storm pages draw their landfall, wind, pressure, surge and damage figures from National Hurricane Center and NOAA records, and list each source at the foot of the page.

HOW AI TOOLS ARE USED

AI drafts, sources decide

Pages are drafted with AI writing tools (Anthropic's Claude) under the editor's direction. The editor sets the topic and the sources. AI output is never treated as a source: figures, dates, statute text and quotations are checked against the cited record, and the build stops a denial-record entry whose quotation cannot be found in its source.

News articles are written ahead and published on a schedule. When a named storm threatens Florida or South Carolina, a storm update is written from National Hurricane Center advisories and published automatically so the information is current; it is reviewed after it goes live.

Photographs are licensed stock or NOAA imagery. A stock photo shows the kind of damage a page discusses; it is not a photo of the property, claim or city named on the page.

WHAT THIS SITE IS NOT

General information, not legal advice

Law Advertising Agency is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. The pages explain how claims, policies and statutes work. A decision about your own claim needs an attorney who has read your policy and your facts. The free case review is handled by the law firm named at the foot of each page. See the full disclaimer.

CORRECTIONS AND DATES

Report an error

Email info@hurricanelaw.pro with the page address and what is wrong. A confirmed error is corrected on the page. The date on a page is the date it was published or last changed, and it changes only when the content changes.
